Wayfair made a mistake giving the carrier a wrong phone # to contact us and the carrier was unable to contact us to let us know they where at our residence to drop off our item. I phoned the carrier directly and the party I spoke with was so very pleasant and polite. She went above and beyond to help us receive our delivery that same day. The men who delivered the item were so very polite. Wonderful company, with fantastic employees.
