When the driver called and said he would be there in 15 minutes, I was in a meeting at work that I couldn't leave. I asked if they had other deliveries and if they could push me back. He obliged and was so kind about it. They called about 2 hours later and I was able to meet them. The whole process was quick and efficient and both men were extremely kind and helpful.
