Thoroughly impressed from start to finish!
When you're used to the military moving your family, it's difficult to know who to use when you retire and have to schedule it on your own. Big international companies are NOT the way! Jon went above and beyond to ensure the move went smoothly. Other companies said I would need to provide the pallet jack myself for a heavy safe, no one else provided used boxes to help cut back on costs, and no one else offered to come in person for a better idea of weight and materials needed. Other places simply cannot and will not do the same courtesies. With Jon's forward thinking, he researched our moving destination and realized a large semi truck/trailer would not have the turning radius needed to get into our new driveway. We are a little out in the country, and I never would have thought of this with every other stress going on. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of the entire process! Jon's crew was polite and courteous, took special care of our items, and picked up/delivered perfectly. Moving is stressful enough.
