Once again the delivered!
This is the 2nd time Brouwer Relocation has delivered a big item through Amazon. They offered to bring our TV through the front and place either in the living room as requested. I don't think they ate required to do this but either way happy as it would have sat outside as my wife could not do it herself.

Item was damaged
I was to accept the delivery for my daughter on 11/27/24 in Hartford SD. However once we got the vanity in the house and inspected just the top part of the box, we could see it was damaged. Your crew agreed that it was damaged and took a picture to send to their supervisor. These men were apoligetic and professional and courteous as they worked to rememdy the situation and provided all the needed paperwork. I really appreciated their work, because I was not sure how to proceed.

The guys who delivered my massage chair and picked up the old one were great. They showed up within the specified timeframe and made quick work of the job. I thought my delivery was going to be much more difficult than they made it, they were in and out rather quickly, they didn't ding up the walls or hit anything, just really good overall

From the advanced notification and courtesy call just prior to and the delivery itself was great. The guys that delivered the item were very kind, helpful, and professional. Greatly appreciated them! It was early, cold, and snowing and they did it all with a smile on their faces!
