The two guys that delivered my new couch called me to let me know when they were 20 minutes away, which was perfect. They brought the couch into the building, and were then kind enough to wheel it down the hallway for me, as well, to my apartment unit. I live alone and this was a godsend! They were super friendly. I'm so grateful!
