They called prior to delivery, polite. We even had a laugh over the size of the box they delivered.

They called and said be half hour from delivery and were on time or sooner. Asked if they could put delivery in garage and they did without a problem. Two men handled everything very politely and quickly, very satisfied with the timely delivery.
