Rory (Roy) called to inform us that he was 30 minutes out for our delivery and was exactly on time. Both he and his helper were very courtesy and careful as they delivered the sofa inside our home and set it down actually in our living room, which was very nice for us as we are older and it wasn't that far into the house. Thank him and his helper for their very prompt service.
