Pool delivery
Our new swimming pool was scheduled for delivery on 1/25/24. Due to weather issues we were notified that the delivery would be delayed. No big deal, we don't need a swimming pool in January.....expected it would be the following week. Got a phone call the NEXT morning saying the delivery would be in the next 20 minutes! Now, I just have to figure out where to store it until May....very satisfied with our experience.
Exceptional delivery service
The driver called me. I asked them if they would walk my delivery up and set it just inside of my garage and they cooperated and said that would be fine they went above and beyond what I expected…. They were kind and answered my questions and they were on time which was so nice…. very exceptional service.🩵.. wish all deliveries went this smooth

The driver called me and said they would be at my house in 1/2 hour. I met them there and they unloaded my snowblower and I was back to work shortly - they were on time, friendly and very efficient

Did a great job delivering a very heavy item on a -30 degree day!! Very polite and accompanying even in the coldest of weather and pushing the cart over the snowy street. They handled everything in stride and had a great attitude. Very professional! Great job!
Friendly & on time
First of all Ruby from the distribution center was very good at keeping us updated on delivery status and times of delivery. Next, both sets of drivers called ahead of the delivery time and were all very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recomend Brouwer Relocation service.
