Great communication, timely delivery
I wasn't available for the initial call to schedule delivery. When I called back, the woman was very friendly and helpful. The delivery people called 30 minutes before arrival, like she said they would. They were right on time, and the delivery was handled smoothly. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Excellent service all around.
Quick, efficient and customer friendly
Crew showed up, unloaded package and brought all the way into facility for us. We didn't have to do anything (rare). We did notice damage to one side of the box and that the strap was missing. They kindly recommended we contact the company we purchased the product from for returns or replacements if need. They did not indicate the package was damaged before in their possession or afterwards.
