Excellent Service
Brouwer handled the delivery of a large item we had previously purchased from a national company. I expected a 4 week wait even though the company said it would be 7-10 business days. The Scheduler at Brouwer called me a few days later to inform me when it would be delivered. I had an unexpected Physical Therapy Appt during the delivery time slot and called her that morning to make sure I wouldn't miss the delivery crew she said she would call the crew. The crew called me shortly afterwards and were very understanding telling me to call when I got back as they had other deliveries in the area. I sent them a text and they said they would be here in 15 minutes. They were backed up to my garage door and ready to unload in exactly 15 minutes. The two man crew were very professional, courteous and efficient. They moved the item we were replacing to the basement and had the new item set up shortly after. The crew took all the cardboard, cellophane and other packaging materials with them and were on their way to make the rest of their deliveries.
