They were so kind and flexible. I had to change the delivery time twice because of work conflicts and they worked around it. They are responsive and professional.
Phenomenal service
These guys are amazing, I was not at the location for the drop off but they gave me a 10 minute warning and I was able to have somebody meet them. They literally hold a 200 lb treadmill up my stairs into my living room instead of just dumping it outside or in my entryway. Extremely pleased with the service and look forward to doing business in the future.

Sectional Delivery
I deal with freight companies very often in my business. Some good and others unpleasant. I was very pleased with Brouwer Relocation. I received a call 30 min prior to delivery and the drivers were very courteous of my property and time. Would be glad to utilize Brouwer again in the future!
Massage chair delivery
The gentleman that arrived kept us informed as to when they would arrive and called once they were a 1/2 hr away. They were very educated and polite. They also made sure the chair they delivered was functional.
Wayfair Shipping Service
I was contacted by Wayfair that Brouwer Relocation would be the final delivery service for my merchandise. There were precise descriptions on what would happen. They called with an automated message day prior to delivery as a reminder. They did call 30 minutes before arrival. They were instructed to bring in items, unbox and take all trash with them. I needed to move the item to another location yet and they were very agreeable to put it in my pickup and secure it for me. It was an easy and pleasant transaction. Very pleased with delivery.
